All trade secrets, trademarks, unique material formulations and digital assets remain protected under UK and European Union intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation of Warden's proprietary designs or brand property is prohibited without explicit, prior written consent from the company.
